TRX   TRX suspension straps used to create a full-body workout that is constantly changing. The core is always in use with TRX, so no matter what exercise you are performing, the core is engaged. All levels welcome FEES: $10
AMPD Resistance AMPD Resistance raises resistance band training to a whole new level! AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements, to create a fun, total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels. The class is 30 minutes. FEES: $5/class or a 5-class punch card for $20
Express TRX Fast paced TRX workouts that incorporates the use of suspension straps and weights. A fun, fast, 30 MINUTE Class. FEES: $5
Bootcamp Aubrey incorporates a full-body workout consisting of cardio, weights and bodyweight training. Join this fun and motivating class for a good sweat! Open to all individuals and fitness levels. Sign up online (www.fitfabulous.com/grouptraining/bridal-boot-camp) or drop in. Fees: $10
Guided Meditation Tanya will take you through a guided meditative experience and help you clear you mind and bring peace and calm to your life. Fees: $10
 
Kids Yoga This playful class encourages self-expression while building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids will learn basic postures as they “play” yoga in this energy releasing class. Lots of Yoga games! FEES: $15 drop-in or $75 for 6 classes
Turbo Kick
Zumba Fun, music-jamming Zumba for all levels! Come in and have a blast getting fit. Fee: $10/class, first one is free

 

Yoga with Didi  Yoga for all abilities.  Classes focus on movement and flexibility. Fee: $10
Yoga with Julie Yoga with Julie! Classes focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and breathing. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Leave the class feeling refreshed to finish your day. Fees: $5.
Pilates Karen takes you through this workout that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness. Fees: $10
Kettlebell AMPD Kettle Bell AMPD takes heart-pumping music, your favorite moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific body areas such as arms, legs, core and cardio. Each song specifies a different movement and body part. Kettle bells are for anyone looking to have fun. Weights vary from 5lbs to 15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is fun and diverse. The moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling and lively workout available! Fee: $5 for a 1 hour class or 5 class punchcard for $20.
Power 30 30 MINUTES of high intensity training incorporating strength and cardio. Open to all fitness levels. FEES: $10 drop-in, or 10 class pack $70
